Reviews and Ratings
I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms were spacious, bright, and had a wonderful outlook towards the pool and the charming, tree-lined street. The bed and bed linen were incredibly comfortable, making it the highlight of my 23-day holiday. The service was a bit of a mixed bag, with some staff being rude and argumentative, but others were incredibly kind and helpful. The location was fantastic, offering a peaceful retreat close to the parks while still being convenient to restaurants and shops. The dining experience, although not perfect, felt more welcoming and less generic than other hotels. Overall, a great value for money with some minor flaws.
I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The rooms were fantastic with a lovely outlook towards the pool and the tree-lined street. The bed and bed linens were top-notch, making it the best rest during my 23-day holiday. The access to the lawn and pool area was convenient, especially the hot tub. However, some rooms were not as nice, with a few minor flaws in comparison. Overall, a great stay!
The hotel's location is amazing, with a comfortable bed and surrounded by trees for a tranquil feel. The service was a mix of extremely friendly with a touch of eclecticism. However, the dining was disappointing, and some aspects of the facilities could be improved.
My time at the hotel was truly enjoyable. The rooms were spacious and clean, perfect for my family of five and our two dogs. The service was outstanding, with staff being very kind and helpful. The location was ideal, within walking distance of many restaurants and shops. Dining was a delicious experience, and the facilities were top-notch.
The hotel rooms were small and not like the online pictures, yet surprisingly cool and suitable for a family of four. The service was a mix of kind and fabulous staff with a touch of surly and arrogance. The location was great for walking around town, offering a convenient and quiet setting amid trees. Although the dining wasn't fabulous, it did offer a continental selection with Seattle coffee. The hotel's facilities were adequate and priced decently.
I stayed at the Gonzo Inn for 4 nights during a hiking trip in the area. The hotel has a sweet location just one block off Main Street, offering views of the beautiful rock formations in the distance that are part of the Moab landscape. The staff were fun, very helpful, and welcoming. The dining was plentiful and tasty, although slightly overpriced. The rooms were very spacious, albeit overlooking the parking lot, especially on the ground floor. The facilities were top-notch, making my stay comfortable and convenient.
This hotel is a hidden gem! The rooms are definitely more appealing than you'd expect from a regular motel, and the views and access are outstanding. However, there was a slight musty smell lingering around. The service was exceptional, with staff going out of their way to ensure a comfortable stay. The location is perfect, just off the main street in Moab, offering easy access to the town's attractions. The dining experience was decent but could have used more variety, especially in protein options. Overall, a great value for money with some minor room scent issue.
